Lucica Trita « Biography »
She was born in Bucharest, Romania but currently lives in Spain.

She began playing the violin at the tender age of 6 with Cezar
Geanta and her professional debut took place in important hall "
Sala Mica a Palatului"Bucharest when she was just 9 years old.
At 13 she gave her first concert as a soloist with the Orchestra "
Liceul de arta George Enescu" Bucharest, conductor P. Andriesei
,Mendelssohn violin Concert in the Ateneo Hall Bucharest.
She studied with Carmen Runceanu and then with V. Basta and the
great teacher Stefan Gheorghiu in the University of Music "Ciprian
Porumbescu", Bucharest, and with P. Munteanu in the University of
the Black Sea, Constanta.

She has won many awards in the National contests of Romania ( ed.
1983-85,87,88) and also in the " Jeunesse Musicales" contest,
Belgrade ( 1986)
In the "N. Paganini" contest, Genova Italy 1995, the teacher E.
Schmeider awarded her with a scholarship in the USA
In 1989,on finished her studies she played in Brasov Filarmonica
Orchestra, Romania, for one year.
She went on to become the first concert-master in the Radio National
Orchestra of Romania until 2002.
She is also the concert-master of the Romania Female Orchestra "
Sinfonietta" which has performed in many tours and concerts
throughout Europe.She
is Leader-Conductor of the Women's Orchestra by Orchestra Sinfonica
de Galicia wich has performed in the Festival Mozart La Coruña 2011
.
Since 1999 to the present she is co-principal violinist in the
Sinfonica de Galicia Spain , where she now resides.
As a teacher she taught Chamber Music in the University of C.
Porumbescu, Bucharest.Currently she teaches and conducts the child
group "Crescendo" which has done many concerts throughout Spain.
She has performed as a soloist in tours in Europe ( Spain, Germany,
Greece, Romania, Italy) Marocco, Great Britain, with the conductors:
E.G. Asensio, E. Ferraris, H. Andreescu,Ilarion Galati,Paul Popescu,
P. Sbarcea, C. Marinescu etc...
She has a lot of recordings on Radio and Television with the
National Radio Orchestra of Romania and has also recorded a CD with
V- Timis Concert for violin and orchestra with Radio Orchestra of
Romania cond. P. Popescu
And another CD , playing beautiful peices for the violin, recorded
with RDC producciones Spain.
Her repertoire spans from Baroque Music to contemporary music...
